Absolutely great! I recommend them for everyone! John MannTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I contacted the company and arranged for CCTV to be installed on 27th April. It wasn’t a straightforward installation as it required a separate system for the garage, which is located 50 metres from the bungalow. A team of three completed the job the same day. They even insisted on clearing up the very small amount of mess!! I was impressed with the team’s professionalism. The price I paid was very reasonable. I can highly recommend this company. Maeda TradingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had CCTV cameras installed at Maeda Motors Wellingborough and couldn't be happier with the results. Tom and Harry from Line Network Solutions were absolute professionals and great guys to work with. The turnaround time was incredibly impressive - the entire job was completed within a week from survey and ordering parts to full installation. They were efficient, tidy and made the whole process seamless. If you need reliable security solutions we highly recommend these guys. Tis MeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Link Network Solutions came out to me today to remove a large heavy (10kg) PTZ camera and bracket mounted at the roofline. I was impressed by their proffessionalism and attention to detail. The camera was not easy to remove due to it being bulky and heavy, and several of the bracket screws were rusted/seized which took time to remove. They offered to grind flush the stud bolts, seal the brick holes and leave an excellent finish. They made sure to clean up after the job, and were pleasant to have on site and chat to. Camera removal necessary due to moving house, and will definately get them out to quote for CCTV install at new property once I've moved in. Very happy with the price, and I gave them a tip which they very much deserved. October 2025: Link Network Solutions came to my new build house and terminated 35 Cat 7 cables, installing and testing 2 patch panels. 7 Cameras were also installed, and once again they did an excellent job! What an excellent service! The guys at Link Network Solutions have done an amazing job installing my new CCTV system for my home. They offered great advice on the best CCTV solutions to ensure the correct amount of security for my home and at a price point that didn't break my budget. They were extremely professional, really easy to talk to, gave loads of advice when asked, and the quality of their work is fantastic. I couldn't recommend them more highly!
Common questions about our services, coverage and how we work.
Response times depend on your support agreement and the urgency of the issue. For contracted clients, we aim to respond to critical issues within one hour during our support hours, with most standard requests handled the same working day. We cover extended hours beyond the typical 9-to-5 to make sure urgent issues don’t wait until morning. If you’d like specific response-time commitments written into an SLA, we’ll agree them with you up front.
We’re based in Northamptonshire and cover the whole county — Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Daventry, Corby, Rushden, Brackley, Towcester and the surrounding villages. We also work across neighbouring counties including Milton Keynes, Bedford, Leicester and parts of Warwickshire and Buckinghamshire. If you’re nearby and not sure whether we cover your location, get in touch and we’ll confirm.
Yes. Every project starts with a no-obligation conversation, and for anything beyond the simplest job we’ll arrange a free site survey so we can understand your premises, existing infrastructure and specific requirements. You’ll receive a clear, itemised written quote with no hidden costs and no pressure to proceed.
All installations come with a manufacturer warranty on hardware — typically two to five years depending on the product — plus our own workmanship guarantee. We also offer ongoing maintenance and support contracts tailored to your setup, whether that’s a CCTV system, a full network, or managed IT for your whole organisation. Support agreements cover remote assistance, scheduled health checks, firmware and software updates, and priority callouts when something needs an engineer on site.
