Response times depend on your support agreement and the urgency of the issue. For contracted clients, we aim to respond to critical issues within one hour during our support hours, with most standard requests handled the same working day. We cover extended hours beyond the typical 9-to-5 to make sure urgent issues don’t wait until morning. If you’d like specific response-time commitments written into an SLA, we’ll agree them with you up front.
We’re based in Northamptonshire and cover the whole county — Northampton, Kettering, Wellingborough, Daventry, Corby, Rushden, Brackley, Towcester and the surrounding villages. We also work across neighbouring counties including Milton Keynes, Bedford, Leicester and parts of Warwickshire and Buckinghamshire. Support agreements cover remote assistance, scheduled health checks, firmware and software updates, and priority callouts when something needs an engineer on site.
